We hold all key approvals necessary including ISO17025 accreditation and major retailer approval schemes. In 2015 we became the only UK contract laboratories to achieve the prestigious ServiceMark accreditation from The Institute of Customer Service. This is a rigorous independently assessed accreditation that recognises service excellence. We believe this award reflects a level of commitment to customer care unique amongst UK laboratories. 

Areas we specialise in include the microbiological, molecular and chemical analysis of food products and water.  We operate high quality and robust laboratory methods and offer access to technical expertise as well as our service commitment. We aim for deeper partnerships founded on insight into customers end markets so that we can add value through smart management of risk and cost.
