On its 21st year in business, Hilton Process Solutions is celebrating the successful completion of its largest project to date with a multinational confectioner.

Established in 2002 by Danny Hilton, Hilton Process Solutions (HPS) has been delivering engineering solutions from concept through to completion from its Yorkshire based manufacturing facility. From feasibility studies to full turnkey projects, along with designing bespoke vessels, tanks and jacketed pipework for a range of global bakery and confectionary processes.

This month’s (November 2023) achievement has come from a collaborative partnership with a leading multinational confectionery company. In a happy coincidence, this month also marks the company’s 21st year in business, with this particular customer also being one of the first to use HPS’ services when it opened more than two decades ago.

Reflecting on its 21-year history and latest milestone, Hilton said: “We have always ensured our workforce is equipped with the latest industry knowledge, cutting-edge techniques, and the ability to adapt to evolving market trends. This has not only empowered our team members but has improved product quality, service delivery and set exemplary standards of safety.

“Our commitment extends to the professional and personal growth of each team member through tailored development programmes. Strategic partnerships with local educational institutions have also played a pivotal role in our expansion, guaranteeing a pipeline of skilled individuals through apprenticeships and graduate schemes for our future projects.

“As we look towards the future, we remain dedicated to upholding these principles, ensuring that our company continues to thrive and deliver outstanding results. Our journey is a testament to the power of a holistic approach that places people, safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction at the forefront of our operations.”

Meanwhile, we hear from Chris Froud from European intellectual property firm, Withers & Rogers as he explores whether manufacturers are ready for fully automated production lines.
